Our Leaders

Rob Whitlock
Rob has provided valuable insights into software selection, contract negotiation, implementation planning and project oversight for utilities ranging in size from 25,000 to 3,000,000+ customers. His many years of management experience have given him professional leadership skills, including team recruiting, development, assessment, and motivation. Rob brings this rich leadership history to any project with which he is involved. He is a critical asset for identifying and mitigating risks, maintaining stakeholder approval, and seeing projects through to successful completion.
Given Rob’s career-long experience in the utility software space, he carries with him a broad experience and professional network across all market-leading utility software.

Michael Whitlock
Michael brings vast experience working as a consultant having completed projects across various industries – energy & utilities, software, infrastructure, automotive, industrial machinery, and consumer goods. In these projects Michael has collaborated with all levels of these respective organizations and delivered improvements across all functions – e.g. finance, accounting, operations, customer service, meter-to-cash, inventory, sales, and marketing.
On WCG projects, Michael has led in all process optimization, requirements gathering, configuration assistance, system and process testing, conversion assistance, training efforts, and change management for CIS & Billing, Financials, Mobile Work Management, AP/Purchasing/Inventory, Work Management, and Asset Management implementation projects.
Michael earned both his Bachelor of Science in Finance & Entrepreneurial Management and his International MBA from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina – Columbia.

Chris Floyd
Along with managing the day-to-day requirements of such complex projects, Chris also brings valuable experience in leading project teams through system configuration decisions, system and process testing, issue tracking and validation, and end-user training.
Previous to WCG, Chris developed a career in Mergers & Acquisitions where he initially honed his project management skills while building an extensive knowledge of various business operations, technologies, and process / system transition techniques.
Chris earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance & International Business from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina – Columbia.

Michael Saysomsack
PMI certified technical professional with a rare combination of business acumen and systems knowledge that enables the ability to effectively bridge the gap between business and technical aspects. Michael has helped deliver dozens of end-to-end implementations in a combination of roles as Implementation Consultant and Project Manager.
Michael also brings a deep understanding of the utility-based customer service processes – including the ability to identify internal strengths, process improvement opportunities, and customer value-driving initiatives.
Michael studied Business Information Technology Management at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
